Found a wrong number?
Say which page and what looks wrong — this is the mail that gets answered first. Every figure here links to a public source, so a correction is usually quick to settle either way. When we're wrong, the fix is made and the page carries the date it changed.
Journalists
Data questions, a cut of a dataset we don't publish, or a comment on a fee or market event: mail the same address and say what you need and by when. Everything on the site is already free to quote and embed with attribution — the press page has the formats and the embed snippets, so you don't need permission or a reply to use it.
Dataset requests
If there's a number you keep needing and nobody publishes it properly, tell us. That's how things get onto the list — the datasets here started as questions we couldn't get a straight answer to.
API and embeds
Bugs, breaking changes, a use case the endpoints don't cover: same address. The API is free and unauthenticated by design; if you're building something that needs more of it than the docs offer, ask.
What we can't help with
We can't advise on what to buy, hold or sell, recover a lost wallet, unfreeze an exchange account, or reverse a transaction. ChainCensus is a data desk, not a service provider — anyone claiming otherwise while using our name is not us.
